Kalina Warda-Nypel

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz – economic profile with the Rector’s distinction for academic achievements. She defended her master’s thesis at the Department of Tax Law, dealing with the subject of liability of management board members for tax arrears of a limited liability company.

During her studies, she cooperated with the Law Clinic of the University of Lodz, as part of which she provided free legal advice to indigent people, and started working in one of the leading law firms in Lodz.

In 2019, she started her attorney apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Łódź. Her main interests are cases in the field of civil, economic and commercial law.

He is fluent in English and holds a Certificate in Advanced English issued by the University of Cambridge.
