Polish LLC without a share capital?

A tendency in minimal height of initial capital of corporations may be observed – since 2009 the minimal initial capital prescribed by law has been lowered from 50 000 PLN to 5 000 PLN. Recently, however, there have been plans (presented separately by the member of the parliament and codification commission of the Ministry of Justice) to rescind the necessity to incorporate companies with initial capital and introduce LLCs without initial capital or with symbolic 1 PLN capital.
