Professional & Arbitration Experience

  • Legal Practice: An active member of the Lodz Bar Association since 1997. He has successfully represented market leaders (including HELIOS S.A.) as well as key professional and public bodies (such as the Polish Supreme Bar Council and the National Council of Notaries) in landmark proceedings, including constitutional complaints before the Constitutional Tribunal.
  • Arbitration: Since 2010, he has regularly served as an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce (KIG) in Warsaw, adjudicating large-scale disputes involving public procurement, consortium agreements, and infrastructure/construction contracts.

Academic Background & Teaching Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz (since 2013). He earned his PhD in 2003 with a dissertation on property insurance obligations and was awarded his DSc (Habilitation) in 2013 for his groundbreaking research on insurable interest.
A respected educator for corporate executives and financial professionals, he lectures for top-tier postgraduate and business programs at the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz, including:
