Natalia Pawlak

A trainee attorney-at-law at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Łódź, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź, currently a PhD candidate at the Department of Civil Procedure I.

She completed her legal studies with distinction, following an individual curriculum and shortening the standard course of study to four years. In recognition of her academic achievements, she was twice awarded the Rector’s Scholarship and received a distinction from the University of Łódź for her engagement and work at the Student Legal Information Centre – Legal Clinic.

During her studies, she actively participated in providing legal assistance to individuals, gaining practical experience in drafting legal opinions, pleadings, and offering legal advice in the fields of civil law, family law, labour law, and social security law.

She has acquired professional experience in reputable law firms based in Łódź, where she provided comprehensive legal services to both individual clients and business entities, including commercial companies. She specialises in broadly understood civil and commercial law, with particular focus on civil litigation, contract law, company law, and the enforcement of civil claims. She has participated in numerous court proceedings, gaining extensive experience as a litigation attorney.

Her legal practice also encompasses matters related to banking law, medical law, compensation claims, and intellectual property law, which may also be regarded as her areas of specialisation.

She is fluent in English.
