Joanna Kaźmierczak
From 2007 to 2012, she studied law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Łódź. Between 2013 and 2016, she pursued training and internship as an advocate trainee at the Lodz Bar Association. Since 2016, she has been registered on the list of active attorneys at the Bar Association in Łódź. She has been awarded grants under programmes organised by the National Agency for Academic Exchange and the National Science Centre. In 2022, she defended with distinction her doctoral thesis devoted to the problem of liability for planning damage, whose supervisor was Prof. zw. dr hab. Małgorzata Pyziak-Szafnicka. In 2023, she was twice awarded a distinction for her doctoral thesis in competitions named after Prof. Z. Radwański for the best doctoral thesis in the field of civil law and named after Prof. M. Kulesza for the best doctoral thesis on the functioning of local self-government. Author of publications in the field of private law. She is fluent in English.
